How to Run HostGator Backup


This review shows the details of securing Hostgator setting, and database files. To start with, just log in Hostgator cPanel> backup. Then, run the full backup of your site, it will request for your e-mail address. Since the full backup will take some time on the server, and ultimately the backup will be sent to your e-mail once it is ready for download.

After a few seconds, you will immediately receive an e-mail from cpanel@hostgatorreview.org and inside contains all the progress and status of the backup. From the log, it shows that the backup has completed reseller for recruiting, hiring cPanel, e-mail accounts, cron, Sub domain, Addon domains, parked domains, MySQL database, etc. and all the files are now ready for download at home / backup.

Then, you can log on to my Hostgator FTP server and then downloads.

As a reminder, these backup files to a safe place.
